The Food Bank of Nevada County, the County of Nevada, Twin Ridges Elementary School District, and the San Juan Ridge Family Resource Center are working together to provide food to the San Juan Ridge Community. On Tuesday, July 14, from 10am to noon, there will be a drive-thru food distribution on the Oak Tree Campus. Although the FRC’s food pantry has been feeding the community for years, this drive-thru distribution will make it possible for people to access far larger amounts without ever having to get out of their vehicles. We hope that as many people as possible will be able to take advantage of this event. For more info

The San Juan Ridge Family Resource Center remains CLOSED for all other services until further notice.

We continue to regularly monitor email at sjrfrc@nevco.org

Help is also available over the phone by calling 530-292-3171

If you or someone you knows is in experiencing homelessness, call 2-1-1 or contact the HOME Team at 470-2686. The HOME Team provides outreach services and helps connect homeless individuals to services, including mental health services, medical care, public assistance services & housing assistance services.

We ask that you please do not leave donations of any kind at our site. Items left unattended quickly become trash that we then have to pay someone to clean up. We will be happy to receive your donations when we re-open.

Take care of each other. Stay safe.
