The Warming Shelter at the North San Juan Community Center does not have a set schedule and will open depending on weather. Ideally, the shelter will open when the temperature is below freezing. The best way for folks to know if the shelter is open is to check for signs at the Brass Rail and see if the Christmas lights are on outside the Center. Hours are: 5:30 pm-8 am. Doors close at 10 pm. Well behaved dogs on leashes are welcome. Participants must be courteous and respectful of all other participants and volunteers. Belligerent behavior will not be tolerated.

If you are interested in volunteering or donating, please contact the NSJ Community Center.
