Tire Amnesty 2017

In an effort to reduce illegal dumping, Waste Management, Nevada County, the Bureau of Land Management and the U.S. Forest Service are hosting a tire amnesty event. Residents of Nevada County can dispose of up to nine tires at no charge during the event.

Who: Nevada County residents
When: May 22 – 26 • 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
What: Dispose of your tires at no charge during the 2017 Tire Amnesty Event. A maximum of nine tires will be accepted per customer. Please remove rims from tires prior to disposal.
This event is for residents of Nevada County only. This event is not open to businesses. No tractor or commercial tires will be accepted.
