September, month of migrations and lengthening shadows is a no-drama month. Home to the autumnal equinox, September is a time of balance between darkness and light. No hyperboles. Any Virgo can tell you that. September whispers, “Here’s a little nip in the air, a foretaste of things to come.” Soon El Nino will keep his promise of green fields, full ponds, and rushing streams.  The sandhill cranes are on their way. Time to reap what you’ve sown and get those chimneys cleaned. September is a subtle month, easing us slowly into darker, wetter days. Breathe a sigh of relief. A long, hot, dry summer is almost over. September is here.
